Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and philboss (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any philboss services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.
By accessing the philboss website at https://philboss.app, creating an account, or using any of our gaming services, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from registering an account.
These Terms apply to all users of the philboss Platform, including but not limited to registered players, visitors, and any person accessing the website from within the Republic of the Philippines or any jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. philboss operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to all applicable Philippine gaming laws, anti-money laundering regulations, and consumer protection statutes.
Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. To register an account and participate in real-money gaming on philboss, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. philboss will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. philboss reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
philboss accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven cash-in. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
Deposits are typically credited to your philboss account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. philboss does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not in your name, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and your account being flagged for review.
Withdrawal requests can be made via the same payment method used for deposit, subject to verification and anti-money laundering compliance. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya typically receive withdrawals within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
philboss reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large withdrawals or where suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied if your account has not completed KYC verification, if there are pending bonus wagering requirements, or if there is an ongoing investigation into your account activity.
You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. philboss does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a processing fee of ₱25 per transaction.
philboss is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits that are withdrawn without any gaming activity may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 10% of the deposit amount. philboss reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by Philippine law.
philboss offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱3,000 in qualifying wagers before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack, roulette, and baccarat may contribute 10% to 20%, or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of fraudulent activity, will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, confiscation of winnings, and account termination.
philboss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be allowed to complete the wagering requirements under the original terms, unless the promotion is cancelled due to abuse or technical error.

philboss reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, minus any amounts owed to philboss (such as reversed bonuses, chargebacks, or administrative fees). Winnings obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within seven (7) business days. Any pending wagers will be settled before closure, and your remaining balance will be returned via your verified payment method.
philboss provides the Platform and all gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, philboss shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
In no event shall philboss's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless philboss, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law.
philboss reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered email address, through an on-site notification, or via a prominent notice on the homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation with philboss customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies.
